Challenge the Stresses of Life

about me.

I view therapy as a space to discover what has happened to you, rather than what is wrong with you. I will listen to your story, notice what’s holding you back and support you to find ways to make the changes you want to make.

I welcome clients from all walks of life regardless of race, gender identity, or sexual orientation. I approach all my client relationships with compassion and without judgement. I work with individuals and couples.

I specialise in working with emotional difficulties such as relationship issues, loss (of others, of relationships and of self), trauma, emotional avoidance, codependency, anxiety, self esteem issues and addictive behaviours. I aim to help you build a strong sense of self, good self-esteem, healthy relationships with others, but most importantly a healthy relationship with yourself.

I am experienced in working with neuro-diversity and support clients who are currently learning more about living with one.
My personal journey has also informed my work. After completing my degree in psychology, I began a career as a public relations executive within the music industry. After 10 years working at record labels, I set up my own independent music PR agency, which I ran for 18 years. My job involved working closely with artists and bands, their management, record labels and the media and so I understand the challenges and pressures of working in a creative industry.
